Q: How much do I need to take? A: You only need 1 dropperful, up to 3 times per day.  For maximum effectiveness, you should start to take Cognihance 1-2 days before you know that you have a test to study for, or a particularly difficult time that requires your full attention.  IF you are taking it for an extended period of time, after the first few days, take it only once per day to keep Cognihance in your system, helping you to maintain your mental clarity. Q: How long can I take it for? A: All of the herbs in this product are safe for continued use, but it is most effective, just like most herbal supplements (or medications for that matter), when you take "breaks" from taking it.  After taking it for a few weeks, take a week off.  When using it to enhance your studying, use it only when you need it.  If taking it for memory loss,  try to use it at time when your mental faculties require it most. Q: Are there any guarantees? A: In a word; yes! - We are so confident in our product and stand behind it 100%.  We also believe deeply in customer satisfaction, that if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, even after trying it for a week, simply return the unused portion to us for a full refund.  Q: What are the age ranges Cognihance is safe to use? A: This product was not some flashy marketing ploy thought up by some giant, corporation; it's a product that was carefully crafted out of a genuine need in our own families to find a way to help our kids in college with their studies, as well as our parents who were having more and more difficulty with their memory and recall.  When we finally settled on our final formula, we realized that this product was so effective, that we use it ourselves whenever we need some extra clarity in our days.  So, as with any herbal supplement, we would never recommend giving it to young children, and feel that high school age kids 16 years and and older could greatly benefit from this product.  But, as with any herbal supplement, always check with your doctor before taking any product.
